La 3e édition du Forum africain pour les industries culturelles et créatives se déroulera cette année du 24 au 26 mai à Dakar. Pour cette année la Belgique est le partenaire histoire.
Le roi du mblalax Youssou Ndour est revenu sur la définition de l’industrie culturelle. Il a listé les industries créatives avant de parler de l’objectif du Forum et des attentes. Le chanteur a invité en outre les acteurs à montrer un exemple concret lors du Forum.
